Txomin Etxaniz is a historic winery in Getaria, Spain, dedicated to producing traditional Txakoli wines that reflect the heritage of the region.
The Txueka Family Mission is to produce and preserve the indigenous character of the Hondarrabi Zuri grape, crafting wines that are fresh, slightly effervescent, and true to the coastal terroir.

•Soil Type: Sandy and clay-limestone soils.
•Fermentation: Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to retain aromatic freshness.
•Aging Vessel and Time: Aged briefly in stainless steel on fine lees for a few months before early bottling to capture its characteristic spritz and vibrancy.
